Inter club competitions

101 up singles:

Each player has 4 bowls,

Each end will be scored as follows: shot wood 4 points, 2nd wood 3 points, 3rd wood 2 points, 4th wood 1 point. Any bowls equal distance from the jack will share the points, fractions will count.

The player holding shot wood at each end will take the mat.

The first player to reach 101 points will be the winner. In the event of a tie at 100 points, the winner will be the next player scoring the most points on the next end.

About the competitions

Handicap singles:

Handicapping will be decided prior to the draw by the committee, points between 0 - 10 being given to the player.

Each player has 4 bowls.

The awarded points will be added at the start of the match, the winner being the first to reach  21 points.

Jackson trophy:

Open to full and associate members who have not appeared in a singles final in the previous 3 years.

Both players have 4 bowls and the winner is the first to score 21 points.

Two wood singles:

Each player has two bowls. The winners are the highest scoring team at 21 ends.

Mens and Ladies singles:

Both players have 4 bowls. The winner is the first to score 21 points.
